  • Candle

  • Carving tool

  • Items to hold your candle with fire safety in mind



MELT AWAY THE STRESS CANDLE RITUALS

  1. Cleanse your space and your items

  2. Thank your ancestors, spirits, universe, deities, etc for their support

  3. Carve “stress” into a candle or a specific type of stress e.g. work stress, financial stress, etc.

  4. Infuse your stress into a candle by holding it in your hand.

  5. Ask the spirits and the fire to allow your stress be melted away as your candle burns.

  6. Put your intention of the stress melting off of you as the candle burns.


NOTES:

  • When doing a candle ritual you need to make sure you are doing it with fire safety in mind. Always make sure you are away from other flammable items. Make sure your candle is secure. Use a tray or a pot to contain the candle as well. Keep a fire extinguisher near where you do your fire rituals.

  • Never leave the candle you are working with unattended, as magic can be unpredictable.

  • If the candle needs to be put out so you can leave the house or tend to other obligations, then ask that the stress still continue to release even after the candle is out.
